Job Description: Volunteer with a large vehicle (pickup truck or van) to transport the poles.

• Deliver poles to Stafford Centre by 8:30 AM on Thursday, 1/16/25
• 2 – 3 Volunteers needed to load and unload poles.
• Pick up from QGGH Storage facility. May pick up before Thursday.

Job Description: Volunteer with a large vehicle (pickup truck or van) to transport the poles.

• Pick up poles at Stafford Centre after 6 PM on Saturday, 1/18/25
• 2 – 3 Volunteers needed to load and unload poles.
• Return poles to QGGH Storage facility. May return after Saturday.

Job Description: 20 volunteers from 8:30 to 10:30 to distribute and hang the poles.

• Requires lifting and moving poles around the Stafford Centre.

10 Wagons are needed to move the quilts around the building. Do you have a Wagon to lend to the show from Thursday, 1/16 to Saturday, 1/18?

20 Step Ladders are needed to move the quilts around the building. Do you have a Step Ladder to lend to the show from Thursday, 1/16 to Saturday, 1/18?

 Job Description: 50 volunteers from 10:30 on to hang the quilts .

• Ten (10) Teams of Five (5).
• 2 VOLUNTEERS/TEAM WILL NEED TO USE A STEP LADDER.
• EACH TEAM WILL NEED 2 STEP LADDERS.

•  Must have a clean and empty SUV/Van 
•  Help pack and carry quilts from judging area to car. 
• Transport Quilts from judging location to Stafford Centre.
• Unload vehicle following the directions of the Curator.  

Job Description: The Admissions Table will be the first friendly faces guests will encounter upon arrival at the show. Our job is to greet and welcome guests, receive or sell tickets, assist with wrist bands, distribute hand-outs, answer questions about the show, send them on their way into the show…in a timely manner.

• 2-3 Volunteers per 3 hour shifts on Friday, 1/17/25 & Saturday, 1/18/25  

Job Description: Sell raffle tickets during the show, assist bidders as needed. Final shift will also help distribute baskets to the winning bidders.

• 2 Volunteers to help set up on Thursday, 1/16/25
• 2 Volunteers per 3 hour shifts on Friday, 1/17/25 & Saturday, 1/18/25
• 3 Volunteers to help contact basket winners and distribute baskets on Saturday, 1/18/25

• Need to be able to use step stool and lift/handle the quilts for hanging.
• 2 Volunteers to help takedown quilts on Saturday, 1/18/25, 4 PM to 5 PM (spouses welcome). 

• 2 Volunteers to help set up on Thursday, 1/16/25, 1 PM to 3 PM (spouses welcome).
• Need to be able to use step stool and lift/handle the quilts for hanging.
• 2 Volunteers to help takedown quilts on Saturday, 1/18/25, 4 PM to 5 PM (spouses welcome). 

Job Description: Distribute bottled water and light refreshments once or twice per day. Should vendors be working alone, volunteers may offer to cover their booth to provide for short breaks if needed.

• 1 - 2 Volunteers per 3 hour shifts on Friday, 1/17/25 & Saturday, 1/18/25
• 1 Volunteers to help takedown vendor break room on Saturday, 1/18/25, 4 PM to 5 PM
